Cancellation Policy

By utilizing the services provided by "JustGotSchooled.org" (hereafter referred to as "the Company"), you agree to the following terms: 1. **No Refunds**: All payments made for tutoring services are non-refundable. 2. **Membership Termination**: You may terminate your membership at any time, which will cancel the auto-renewal. No refunds will be issued for remaining membership periods. 3. **Assumption of Risk**: The Company and its contracted tutors/instructors are not liable for any mental or physical harm that may occur as a result of utilizing our services. Clients assume all risks associated with participating in tutoring sessions. 4. **Contact Information**: For any questions, comments, or concerns regarding our services, please email info@justgotschooled.org. 5. **Minors Must Have a Parent or Legal Guardian Present** Tutoring with minors provides its own risks. All tutoring sessions are required to have an adult present for each session in order to eliminate any added risk of personal misconduct. 6. **No Guarantees** There are no guarantees that our services will get you the desired grade, certification, job, professional or personal skills you are seeking. 7. **Misconduct** Any misconduct from a client is grounds to be removed from all future bookings. The Session the client is in will be immediately stopped and there will be no refund. Any misconduct by the contracted tutor/instructor will need to be reported to Just Got Schooled’s email Info@justgotschooled.org for evaluation of the accusation. In the result that the tutor/instructor did in fact present misconduct, the client will only be able to go after that tutor/instructor as the tutor/instructor is contracted and work as their own business purely using Just Got Schooled as a platform for their business. This process is held the same for negligence of a tutor/instructor. 8. **Emergencies** Just Got Schooled is not responsible to provide medical assistance if their present need for it. All clients must assume the sessions/activities at their risk and are encouraged to do so with careful planning. 9. **Errors and Omissions* Although all tutors/instructors hold qualifying degrees, licenses, certificates or experience, errors may take place. In the result that an error takes place the client may only hold their tutor/instructor accountable and hold harmless Just Got Schooled from any action to be taken place.
